What to include in a report
A few details usually save a round trip. Send what you have the first time.
- Which app: VEGA Schedule or VEGA Wine.
- Which iPhone you use, and which version of iOS is on it.
- What you expected to happen.
- What happened instead.
- The steps that lead to it, in order.
A screenshot helps when something looks wrong on screen. Attach one if that's easy.
Every message is read, and a reply comes within a few days.

Common questions
Which iPhone do the apps need?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Both apps have the same requirement.
What languages are the apps available in?
English, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. You choose the language inside the app, so it doesn't have to match your phone.
If a translation reads wrong, tell us the app, the language, and the wording you saw.
Will VEGA Schedule change the calendar I already use?
VEGA Schedule works with the calendar and reminders already on your iPhone. It reads what's there, and it can add to it.
Anything it adds is an ordinary event. You can edit or delete it the same way as any other.
If I delete VEGA Schedule, do my events go with it?
No. They were ordinary events all along, so they stay in your calendar.
How much do I have to enter before VEGA Wine is useful?
A handful of bottles is enough. Add what you have on hand, and it can suggest from there.
Can I try an app before it comes out, or ask for a feature?
Write to [email protected] and say which app. Both are still coming, and we'll tell you what's possible.
