The payment methods available are set by each store.
VEGA Style accepts credit cards. Payment runs through KOMOJU, a service from DEGICA Co., Ltd. You enter your card number on KOMOJU's own screen; we never receive it.
When payment is taken
When you complete the purchase. The details are the relevant store’s.
For VEGA Style, the setup fee is due when you apply. At that point, your card is saved with KOMOJU for the monthly fee. The monthly fee is billed each month on your renewal date, set to the day you took delivery.
Delivery
Immediately after payment completes.
For VEGA Style, service usually starts five to eight days after you apply. We write and train using the text you hand over, or the text you write during onboarding, and you choose between two finished candidates before you start.
Service conditions
Rewriting and writing from key points have a combined monthly limit, counted in characters. The limit is 80,000 characters a month on Standard and 300,000 characters a month on Max.
Your monthly subscription renews automatically every month.
Returns and cancellation
For products bought through a store, being digital content, we cannot refund a purchase directly.

For products bought through a store, please request a refund directly from that store.
If a defect stops the app working, write to support@vegaworks.net.
VEGA Style is sold directly by us, so we handle its refunds directly too.
We refund the setup fee in full if you ask before you choose your finished candidate. We do not refund it after that.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time from the VEGA Works Account Center.
For the monthly fee, we stop billing from your next renewal. We do not refund a partial month.
If a defect stops you using the app properly, we handle it individually. Write to support@vegaworks.net.

VEGA Style is an app for macOS and Windows. Reading your writing, rewriting the text, and writing from key points happen on the equipment of our contractor, RunPod, Inc., in the United States. Because of this, your device does not need to be powerful. During training and retraining only, a selection of the text you give us also goes to another contractor, Anthropic, PBC, which processes it in the United States. See the privacy policy for details.
